balatro.sh has incorrect proton dir

when running the balatro.sh on my linux system it gives an error because the test is looking for proton in "$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton 9.0 (Beta)" while on my system the proton directory is "$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton - Experimental"

I'm not running balatrobot on linux (im on macOS). If you manage to get it running with a different path, feel free to open a PR. @stirby is the guy testing balatrobot on linux. My suspect is that using Proton Exp/Beta is causing problem in the config dir path resolution.
