Attach to existing project or directory

Feel free to close it if it's supported and I missed it.

I'm working on a project in a random location on my filesystem, and I want cmux to operate specifically in that location rather than checking out to `~/.cmux/src`.

This can be a hard requirement for some legacy projects or hardcoded paths.
