bug: cmux creates unnecessary .md files

It happened once after 3 successful branches & PRs. Cmux (or Claude?) decided to publish extra .md files I haven't asked for. OTOH, it was a long challenge for him, so maybe he got confused.

This is a standard (mis)behavior from Sonnet 4.5. Our system prompt is intentionally minimal and I want to avoid fighting against model quirks there.

I haven't researched the matter but suspect that Claude is RL'd to produce artifacts for their web experience and we're seeing an unintentional side effect here.

The plan of record is to give models a tool for storing/retrieving artifacts, kind of like a file system for the chat. Then, we can turn turn these from nuisance into helpful context in some sidebar.

This is a Claude issue, even in vscode, you simply have to make sure youre avaible at the end of a pr, otherwise agent will just create a billion "quick references and readmes"
