Playground should also display workspace tags

Coder allows provisioner tags. Displaying these would be very helpful to understand the impact of parameters on where a workspace will land.

@Emyrk do we need to be cautious about creating a full-fledged template editor? Curious if this issue crosses the line. @stirby brought up that the output of Playground should be a reference to data.coder_parameter.param_name.value

compromise might be output block that pretty prints entered parameters.

coder/preview#149

And dev-containers wants to use it as well. So the output is growing. It is becoming a template editor of sorts.
