Minimum supervisor version requirement?

The README should state what the minimum supervisord version requirement is, or at least list which versions are known to work.

Here it works with supervisord 3.2.0.

I'm pretty sure the required version is much lower, since we've used it in the past with Supervisor 3.0.0.
