Description
Who is the "technical community"?
The reason I ask is that I'm just back from a UX conference when I had conversations with a few younger folk about how to get into speaking. I would hope that this community would be a place that they'd be welcome?
If so - maybe we need to tweak some of the wording so that we have other cues to diversity of audience than "what programming language you use" ;-)
