fix: 422エラービューのファイル名をRambulanceの仕様に統一

Rambulanceのプレビュー機能での検証をきっかけに、422エラー発生時に500ページが表示される問題が判明しました。原因は、Rambulanceが期待するテンプレート名 () と実際のファイル名 () が異なっていたためです。ファイル名をRambulanceの仕様に合わせ、この問題を修正します。
