Capital Gains Report - Just in time for Taxes

The latest pre-release version of casparser i.e. v0.5.0a2 from #33 adds support for generating capital gains report from the parsed CAS.

Usage:

pip install 'casparser[mupdf]'==0.5.0a2

• CAS should be complete i.e. opening balances of all schemes should be zero
• Only realized gains are included in the report
• Support for taxable LTCG for both equity (including grandfathering of NAV for purchases before 31st Jan 2018) and debt funds (indexation adjusted)
