I can't get it to work...

Hi, first of all thank you for sharing this amazing feature for the 3d print lite plugin. I have installed it and followed all your steps but when I upload the 3d file and add it to the cart it doesn't do it... Do you know why?

Thanks so much for using my plugin! I’m sorry to hear that there’s a problem isjava. Just to be sure, does it say “Your model could not be added to cart. Please try again”? If yes, then the problem may rest in the plugin settings. Did you follow the steps instructions and set the “Product Id” in the “3DPrint Lite WF” tab”? If not, then just check the “ID” underneath the product that you have created for the custom 3d model, and enter that same Product Id.

If this ID is incorrect, it will cause this problem because the plugin will attempt to add that product object to the cart, but the product is non-existent.

I hope that this helps in getting the plugin working for you.

Hello isjava, I apologize for the late response.
It seems that I have finally found the issue. It was completely my fault, I overlooked an entire step and forgot to include it in the instructions. It is simple, but critical.

In order for all of the plugin's code to be applied, you must insert the plugin shortcode on the page where you want the add to cart function to work (the page where you have 3DPrint lite running).

Shortcode: [3dpwf_add_to_cart]

The image below displays the shortcode in action after the item was added to cart.

Once again, thank you for using my plugin. I hope this solves the problem. I have now updated the instructions.

PS: I am currently working on an update, so that the plugin will keep up to date with 3DPrint lite updates. I will notify you when it is available.
