regex support for ignore_words?

Hi, sorry if you don't deal with such matters however is it possible to ignore words via regular expressions 

such as if I had the string `[d]isplay` it gets picked up as a spelling error 

is it possible to ignore this somehow considering there are numerous examples of this within tldr-pages/tldr and it therefore can't be trivially added to the ignore word file
