Hackathon experience improvement: add custom badges to CodeTV profiles for participants #41

I really like the way Posthog does this:
It would be fun to add custom badges for each hackathon.
Big concern is icon creation. We'll need to find an artist/designer to create the icons. I have a few folks I can ask but would appreciate recommendations here if anyone has them. (Asking on social media gets spammed by what appears to be bot accounts and AI slop.)
This will require:
- New content type in Sanity
- Inngest flow to assign the badge to the user in Sanity and/or Clerk
- Ideally an automation to link form submission for the hackathon to the badge
