Move legal notices like this into Sanity as documents so they can be more easily edited / reused #61
Description
In submission forms, privacy policy, etc. we've got hard-coded legal notices. Not a huge deal, but puts some content into the source code in a way that's a pain to reuse and edit. This should all get ported into Sanity as a content snippet of some sort.
