ReadOnlyIf attribute

Hi,

There is already the HideIf attribute and others so I guess it's possible to implement a ReadOnlyIfAttribute and it would be useful in cases i.e. where a field becomes usable only when another field is set.

This functionality already exists in Tri-Inspector, the attribute you’re looking for is DisableIf.
