Default 'Title' to Group/Tab categories when not specified.

This can apply to a few parts of this utility, but using DeclareFoldoutGroup as an example.

Typical usage:

[DeclareFoldoutGroup("Header", Title = "Header")]

So far, every time I want the title to be the same as the group name. It's a bit of extra work having to declare the title each time. If the title is not declared then the group name should be used as the title.

EG:

[DeclareFoldoutGroup("Header")]
//Will give foldout title 'Header'.
