This way we can minimize "anonymous internet spam" as well as add an identifier into the issues created by the bot so that developers can take follow-up w/the user who submitted them and gather additional details/info.

We can add a configurable public key cryptography layer to encrypt/save the reference identifier of the submitting user, then the encrypted info can be saved safely publicly, but be decrypted and associated back to the contact details of the requesting user on the backend.
