Load dependencies on compile running #4
Description
Make it possible for compile & run to download dependencies. Currently, the network is restricted for containers of each language, but a Squid container has been added, allowing requests to specific routes, such as *.pypi.org, *.proxy.golang.org, and others.

It is necessary to check the feasibility and availability of cache servers for packages, as well as verify that dependencies are downloaded correctly for existing configurations.
