优化 beginner 案例集

- 重命名 mcp → mcp_simple，解决 Python 模块名冲突
- 标准化所有案例 README 的参考链接

  - AgentKit 开发指南: https://volcengine.github.io/agentkit-sdk-python/
  - 火山方舟模型服务: console.volcengine.com
  - VikingDB 文档: volcengine.com/docs/84313/1860732
- 更新所有案例间的交叉引用链接
- 统一案例目录结构和文档格式
- 修复 episode_generation, vikingmem, a2a_simple 等案例配置
