Not showing hugo site after deployment #2

Ok, next issue... I've followed all the instructions and added all my hugo content to the fork as suggested including my theme, config.toml, etc. The issue now is that my site is just showing an Azure App function splash page and nothing else. I checked and there's no error logs or anything I could find in Azure or vscode thus far.
