Navigate to a specific page with a defined transition

Hi, so I have set-up multiple pages using the ".pt-page-$" class and the effect is working. 

However I'd like to know how to add a link to specific page and to define what effect. For example a link to page 3 (".pt-page-3") using the 'Scale Up' transition.

How do I do this? I've been looking at https://github.com/icodebuster/transition.js but that doesn't work for me.
