Include IDs in list command output

Once IDs are available in cofidectl resources, display them in the trust zone, cluster, attestation policy, attestation policy binding and federation list CLI commands.

Probably we should only display the ID of the subject resource in the list output, and not referenced resources, to avoid the output growing too wide.
