It's been a while since we've had someone who knows how to use, interpret, and change the IPython notebook take a look at it.

@gwaygenomics is going to generate a notebook, see if there's anything broken or outdated about it, and fix and/or polish it. This issue is to track anything that comes up from his investigation.
