Improve docs for upgrading API from V1 to V2

What improvement(s) are you suggesting?

Please update the document for upgrading the API to V2 from V1 (https://docs.cohere.com/docs/migrating-v1-to-v2) to add not just the code changes but also where (which files) need to be changed and what dependencies (e.g. cohere) need to be updated and where (what files).
