Get closer to the "lastest" version of Jabsorb

This fork of Jabsorb was initiated from the version used in the OW2 Chameleon Rose project, i.e. a version from 2008.
They have been some additions and improvements during 2008 and 2009 that we could add to this fork (fixups, ...)

This will need some work, since the source code have been modified (formatting, etc)
