Service deosn't describe stop shell

Today when we stop the service the image cohorte/node doesn't define the stop shell to execute while we stop cohote. This implies the systemd to send a KILL SIGNAL that is not taken in account by cohorte. Systemd in that case will kill the process after the timeout. 

We need to specify the stop commande to ensure everything stop properly
