Objective values not agreeing

With SHA 4377871 (as well as some others), I get some objective functions values not agreeing on g=five different instances and I'm making a note here to look into it.

T1-1-3: Optimal is -189

1.2.2-opt/IDIC-link/IBLP-ZHANG/T1-1-3.out: Cost = -195

T1-1-3a: Optimal seems to be -208

1.2.2-opt/IDIC-link/IBLP-ZHANG2/T1-1-3a.out: Cost = -213

T1-1-2: Optimal is -127

1.2.2-opt/IDIC-frac/IBLP-ZHANG/T1-1-2.out: Cost = -123
1.2.2-opt/IDIC-link/IBLP-ZHANG/T1-1-2.out: Cost = -122

T1-1-2a: Optimal seems to be -150

1.2.2-opt/IDIC-link/IBLP-ZHANG2/T1-1-2a.out: Cost = -161

This may be because of bugs in SYMPHONY. See coin-or/SYMPHONY#206.
