Thank you for responding to my colleague's (@miguelhisojo ) question. His question relates to the following pull request he would like to contribute: #415. This PR focuses on supporting Python version 3.13.

I am the overall technical lead for COIN-OR and so have access to all the projects, but I'm not a maintainer here and have only a surface-level knowledge of this project. I can approve simple PRs and would be happy to discuss bringing on new maintainers, since the previous ones seems to have disappeared.

Are we getting close to assigning new collaborator(s) to this project so we can get a release with Python upgrade?

I’ll soon be forced to abandon this package solely due to the Python limit. Could you please provide a status on when/if this is expected to proceed with a package release?
