Rename Composite to Pack across codebase

Updates all references from Composite to Pack following the project rename: - Update cargo dependencies: composite -> pack, composite-abi -> pack-abi - Rename module: composite_bridge.rs -> pack_bridge.rs - Rename types: CompositeInstance -> PackInstance - Update imports and comments throughout Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
