Display of Crop Ontology #21
Description
CO terms appear with their crop code in the pick list but do not appear with mention of the Crop name : e.g. 335 , so one must know for example the crop code for Mungbean to select the trait, the scale. I know this is a Crop Ontology structure problem and one can consult the list of crop codes on our site. However, in OLS the crop ontology name (Mugbean ontology) appears - see screenshot attached- so perhaps it would be possible to display this info in COPO? .
