Bandwidth Issues on Poor Connection - CGIAR AfricaRice #22
Description
Ibnou Dieng from Africa Rice reports poor performance uploading files and reassigning metadata when internet connection is very slow. Firefox failed to upload files, Chrome partially completed and Safari completed. Have asked Ibnou to perform a speed test next time he experiences issues and report his speed so we can perform some testing.
