Feature request: COPO API to update status of each sample (Accepted/Rejected) #35
Description
Can we have a new COPO API to update status of each DToL sample (Accepted/Rejected)?
STS could then trigger accepted/rejected events for each sample, using COPO manifest/sample identifiers (UUID)
