Allow for users to publish comments/accolade about eachother

Similar to Linkedins Endorsements feature on a users profile, we should allow for users to leave accolades for each other.

They should also be able to link a project or launch that they may have worked on together.

@aysahoo On linkedin you can go to your connections profile and give them a comment on their skill or a place they have previously worked. they call it "Endorsements". I want to allow users who have worked together on a project or at a company to be able to leave comments/endorsements/accolades for each other.

Like me and you have worked together I could leave a comment on your profile.
