Incomplete upgrade step

If you have the collective.js.jqueryui 1.10.1.2 installed on a website, upgrade to 1.10.3, and then apply the upgrade step 3201, it touches the bundle of file collective.js.jqueryui.custom.min.js for jqueryui but does not add the jqueryui in the portal_javascript Bundles tab. So collective.js.jqueryui.custom.min.js file is not added to the javascript.
