in chapter 1, refer to plone.app.workflowmanager?

plone.app.workflowmanager provides a nicer UI for creating workflows and

• prevents inadvertently messing up shipped workflows
• provides a workflow diagram
• allows us to avoid sending people to the ZMI

Maybe provide this as a variant of chapter 1? I'm thinking cnx.org where we could have two variants of chapter 1 and let people choose which one they prefer :)

BTW, @tkimnguyen, what's the status on plone.app.workflowmanager? package seems to be a little bit abandoned
