[feature request] Add option to hide related records in search results

Currently search results also returns related records to the record the query matches to. EG.  Searching on a title for an object will bring back other objects that don't match that title, but are related to the match.  

Is it possible to add a flag/option that users can request to hide related records from the results, a bit like the show/hide child records currently available.
