Make header always look like mobile view #33
Description
- centered logo
- no other items in header except maybe github icon
- hamburger menu stays there even when sidebar is open on large view, sidebar does not cover header
- do we even need the header to span the full width of the screen when sidebar is open? maybe for consistency
