As a CoMPAS demo user
I would like to see example SCL files in order to see the CoMPAS capabilities
Acceptance criteria:
Check if the files are in the repository once a day, if removed, place them back in the CoMPAS demo database.
Background;
This can be done with a Lambda funtion in AWS
