Use the term plug-ins instead of extensions #336

Describtion
The term "Extensions" is still being used in CoMPAS instead of "Plug-ins."
As shown in the image below, the CoMPAS tool currently uses the term "Extensions." This needs to be updated to "Plug-ins," in line with the terminology now used in OpenSCD.
