Compas open scd uses outdated translations

Describe the bug
Compas open scd has its own translations files which are manually copied and extended from the open scd translation files.

Compas open scd translations files are a copy of the open scd translations files and are extended with compas texts. Because they are manually copied not all changes from open scd are merged into these files which can lead to outdated or missing texts.

Acceptance criteria:
Ensure that the compas open scd translation files are up to date.
