Introduce more complex History-Viewer Plugin

User Story

As a user

I want to be able to see the history of more then one SCL-resource

So that I can filter on them and search for specific file properties provided by CoMPAS

Acceptance criteria

Based on the new search-endpoint provided by #464 a new History-Viewer UI-Plugin will be Introduced which looks similar to following mockup:

On top a search section with badges will be implemented which allows to search trough various SCL-resources based on simple metadata provided by CoMPAS.
Once a list has been fetched from Backend additional versions per resource can be shown providing informations about author, timestamp, etc.

Looks good to me. For the UUID, you can check the 61850-90-30 for inspiration.
