batch count seems to be ignored unless automatically queue prompt is checked

this causes a situation where you need to run it forever or shut it down manually
this is critical for dynamic prompts
ideally you'd set the batch members to one and the batch count to however many images you want to generate and it would reprompt after each batch is completed
Dynamic prompt is unable to reprompt inside of a batch that's why this usability is critical
