ComfyUI doesnt use GPU to create images.

So I tried to use the new Stable Diffusion SDXL Turbo, i installed the Windows portable, got the safetensors(fp16) in the right folder and updated it using the exe. now when i try to use the tool and run it. It only does so very slowly, after about like 20 seconds for each image. So i went and checked the task-manager. I found it that only like 1-2 GB of GPU is actually used. however the usual RAM is at peak. Is it supposed to be like that? (i ran the "run_nvidia_gpu.bat" and use a RTX 2070Super)
