I don't have a1111 installed, and I don't have stable-diffusion installed. Are these somehow related to ComfyUI? If so, how?

I tried searching the documentation, but it's very poorly written and assume too much prior knowledge to be of any use.

If you don't have A1111. Then ignore it.

The purpose ot the file is adding extra model paths.

You don't need it unless you will use non-default model path.
