Launch bat file and ''low/med'' vram?

Hey, so I got comfyui to work on my 6750XT via anaconda or cmd/python.

but am wondering how you'd create a launch file like A1111 has. and how to run it in low/med vram mode.
as when I try to go above 640x640 resolution it constantly says I dont have enough vram to generate, or if there is a other way of fixing this issue?
