Help configuring manual installation

Every time I start the manual installation, I have to open a CMD inside ComfyUI folder than run "python main.py"
I'm trying to configure a .bat file to run the same command, but only return the following error:

  File "[myPath]\ComfyUI\main.py", line 77, in <module>
    import comfy.utils
  File "[myPath]\ComfyUI\comfy\utils.py", line 5, in <module>
    import safetensors.torch
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'safetensors'

.bat file in question:

python -s main.py --windows-standalone-build
pause

What could I do?

(I'm fully aware of the portable version and I don't want it)
