You cannot change python version.
Changing the Python version requires manually downloading the desired version of Python and reconfiguring it.

Some older versions of the portable ComfyUI 7z files may include an older version of Python.
You need to replace the corresponding path with that version and reinstall all dependencies for the custom nodes.
