Flux Kontext turbo lora workflow not working

I downloaded the "FAST Flux1 Kontext Dev Generations with Turbo LoRA" from here: https://www.nextdiffusion.ai/tutorials/fast-image-generation-with-flux1-kontext-dev-model-and-turbo-lora-in-comfyui

When I load the workflow into ComfyUI, I get this error:

I can run the Kontext workflow located at Workflow ->Browse Templates -> Flux -> Flux Kontext Dev(Basic) just fine, so these files should be present in the right directories, right? Why am I getting this error, how do I fix it? (Is this even a good workflow?)
