[FR] Add dates (or last update date) to the pages

With the vast amount of models and such to use on ComfyUI, it becomes harder and harder to see what's new and what's not.

Being able to see a (last up)date on the bottom of the pages, helps a lot in finding out if it is a new thing to discover.

It would be even nicer to see the model dates, but that would be a bunch more programming probably.
