Make `edl` as nice to use as `fastboot` CLI

• too verbose
• don't write out edl_config.json
• flashing a bunch of small partitions seems way slower. probably some overhead to every call?
• packaging? I can apt install fastboot

Nice to haves that aren't in fastboot:

• show USB connection speed (and suggest moving to USB3?)
