Concurrent execution of tests

As a user I want to execute tests in concurrent to speed up the testing environment.
At the moment I need to run multiple commander instances to achieve this behaviour.

A `--concurrent=N` flag could configure the amount of tests being executed in goroutines. 
`N` is the number of tests.
