Issue with snapTo in SpinWheelState

This line should be removed ?.

If the resultDegree is assigned why should the wheel snap to a random degree.

hey thanks for your feedback! actually I forgot pass resultDegree instead of randomRotationDegree if the resultDegree is not null, so I'm fixing it now and release the new version.
